No. Shelvie organizes what she can explain and brings exceptions to the bookkeeper. A person approves, corrects, or overrides the decision, and the institutional memory improves from there.

Shelvie imports the standard QuickBooks Profit and Loss Detail export today. A direct QuickBooks connection is on the roadmap; it will not be described as live until it is.

Who sees each client's books?

Each bookkeeping client has an isolated workspace. Firm members see assigned clients, client users see their own company, and platform administration is kept on a separate control plane.

What happens to old categories and decisions?

Categories are retired instead of erased. Historical transactions retain their classifications, while approved vendor rules can carry reviewed decisions into future periods.
